Brian Heder is a supporting character in Grand Theft Auto VI, a veteran drug runner operating out of the Leonida Keys. Rockstar's official bio notes he is "still moving product through his boat yard with his third wife, Lori," which makes his smuggling operation one of the confirmed criminal businesses of Leonida. A boat yard used to move product fits the coastal geography of the Keys, forming the logistics layer of the game's contraband economy as laid out in the official character bios.

Jason's landlord and employer
