Rockstar's June 24, 2026 product listing names it as a concrete example of the new Gang Compounds activity: open-world hideouts players can raid for contraband, described as repeatable rather than single-use story beats.

The official site's pitch for the raid reads: "Raid the compound of one of Southside Vice City's loudest and most socially active gangs and escape safely to score some special items and distinct contraband." This particular raid is bundled exclusively with the $99.99 Ultimate Edition, with the wording implying that other compounds exist across the base game and this one sits on top as extra content.
