This article corrects a figure this desk published. Take-Two Interactive never closed at 207.50. The stock closed 2026-10-26 at $203.35, down 0.34 or 0.17%, on volume of 1,671,910, and two independent price surfaces agree. The 207.50 figure is the 30 September quarter-end valuation price carried inside the 13F filings, proved arithmetically: all 54 Take-Two rows parsed across two filing batches divide to exactly 207.50 dollars per share. A further 25 holdings reports covering 365,278 shares landed inside the window, six of them defective on their face.
Correction: 207.50 is a valuation price, not a close
Batch 66 ran take-two-26-13f-filings-156721-shares-three-defective-on-their-face-207-50-close and described $207.50 as a close. Here is the record.

There was no 207.50 close anywhere in the last month. The October series reads 213.44 on the 9th, 208.82 on the 12th, 200.32 on the 13th, 201.23 on the 14th, 209.38 on the 15th, 205.28 on the 16th, 204.92 on the 19th, 206.70 on the 20th, 206.16 on the 21st, 207.81 on the 22nd, 203.69 on the 23rd and 203.35 on the 26th. The 52 week range is 187.63 to 265.94.
The arithmetic that identifies 207.50 for what it is. Form 13F values a position as of the quarter end, which was 30 September. The editor checked the batch 66 figure against that price: 156,721 x 207.50 = $32,519,607.50 exactly. Spot checks on individual filing rows divide the same way: 7,620 shares against a value of 1,581,150; 10,868 against 2,255,110; 47,379 against 9,831,143; one share against 208. Every one of the 54 rows parsed across the 23 October and 26 October batches divides to exactly 207.50. A price that divides every row in a filing season to the cent is a valuation mark. It is not a trade.
Correction: the 26 filings figure was one Friday, not a season
The same slug carried 26 filings covering 156,721 shares. That reproduces exactly, to the share, for Friday 2026-10-23: a full-text search on Take-Two's CUSIP 874054109 across form 13F-HR for that date returned hits.total.value = 26 at 2026-10-27T03:02:36Z, and summing the Take-Two rows in all 26 downloaded information tables gives 156,721 shares across 27 rows, one filer carrying two rows.
Season-to-date is roughly ten times larger. The same query across 2026-10-01 to 2026-10-27, read at 03:02:22Z, returns 253 documents. The per-day series, read at 03:05:08Z and 03:05:53Z: 1 on the 1st, 4 on the 2nd, 4 on the 5th, 2 on the 6th, 3 on the 7th, 9 on the 8th, 11 on the 9th, 0 on the 12th, 24 on the 13th, 19 on the 14th, 19 on the 15th, 23 on the 16th, 16 on the 19th, 27 on the 20th, 19 on the 21st, 21 on the 22nd, 26 on the 23rd and 25 on the 26th. Weekends return zero. If a reader took 26 filings as the season figure, the correct season figure is 253 documents and climbing, because 13F season runs to 14 November.
Official Rockstar artwork, included to illustrate the piece. It does not itself evidence any of the figures discussed here.
Twenty five new filings, 365,278 shares, and an editor's consistency check
The 2026-10-26 query returned hits.total.value = 25 at 03:02:41Z. All 25 information tables were downloaded individually at HTTP 200 with the declared SEC user agent and every block carrying CUSIP 874054109 was parsed: 27 rows across 25 filings, totalling 365,278 shares, computed 03:04:18Z. Two filers each report two rows.

The editor's check on the total. The six rows in the table above, counting J. Safra Sarasin's two separately and excluding UniSuper, sum to 287,642. That leaves a residual of 77,636 shares across the remaining 21 rows, a mean of 3,697 per row, which is consistent with a long tail of small institutional positions and gives no reason to doubt the 365,278 total. UniSuper's 21,190 sits inside that residual.
Six filings defective on their face in the new batch
This is researcher 2's reading of the filings against the rest of the cohort and against Form 13F's post-2023 whole-dollar requirement, and it is rated MEDIUM confidence. It is not a determination by the SEC.
Four report value in thousands of dollars while every other filer in the cohort reports whole dollars at 207.50 per share, which understates each holding by a factor of 1,000: Maxi Investments CY Ltd, 1,800 shares against a value of 374; DeRoy & Devereaux, 119,639 shares against 24,825, which is the largest position in the batch; Hunter Associates Investment Management LLC, 9,546 against 1,981; and Park Avenue Securities LLC, 3,792 against 787.
Park Avenue Securities carries the worst defect in either batch. Its voting authority block reads Sole 0, Shared 0, None 0 while the filer reports holding 3,792 shares. Those three figures must account for the full position and they sum to zero.
Two put strings where the schema expects a manager sequence number: Security National Bank writes "NONE" in otherManager and SJS Investment Consulting Inc. writes "Other".
Hunter Associates also garbles the issuer name as "TAKE TWO INTERACTIVE SOFTWARE INC CDT COM" and carries an empty otherManager element.
The three defective filings in the 23 October batch are now named, which batch 66 flagged without identifying: Amalgamated Bank, 34,934 shares against a value of 7,249, the thousands-units defect; Mutual of America Capital Management LLC, which pastes the dollar value 9,831,143 into the voting-authority share field on a position of 47,379 shares, overstating that field by a factor of 207.5; and Financial Management Professionals, Inc., whose issuer name reads "Take Two Interactv" with a class of "Stock" rather than "COM". A fourth candidate, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, writes "NONE" in otherManager.
Everything else on the filing beat stood still
No new Take-Two SEC filing of any form type in the window, confirmed on three EDGAR surfaces: the submissions JSON at 03:01:36Z, the browse-edgar Atom feed at 03:16:49Z, and the 2026-10-26 daily form index at 03:02:10Z, 690,290 bytes and 3,555 lines, which contains zero case-insensitive matches for "take two", "take-two" or the CIK 946581. The newest filing of any type remains accession 0000946581-26-000104, a Form 4 filed 2026-10-16.
The Form 4 acceptance instant settles both ways and batch 66's correction of it holds. The submissions JSON prints 2026-10-16T20:11:33.000Z, already carrying a Z. The raw filing header prints <ACCEPTANCE-DATETIME>20261016161133, which is 16:11:33 Eastern. Both resolve to 2026-10-16T20:11:33Z. The older 2026-10-17T00:11:33Z applied the four hour shift twice.
Take-Two reports fiscal Q2 2027 on Monday 9 November 2026, ten days before launch. Two surfaces agree: the company's own investor-relations release dated 2026-10-13, headlined with that date, and the Nasdaq quote API's upcoming-events block reading "Earnings Date : Nov 9, 2026". A search summary produced at 2026-10-27T03:14:55Z says 10 November and is wrong. Both figures are printed and this desk publishes the 9th.
No investor-relations release of any kind since 2026-10-13, and the most recent Grand Theft Auto VI item on that index is the pre-order announcement of 2026-06-24.
Limits
Nothing here is investment advice and no figure in it is a forecast. A 13F reports a position as of 30 September and says nothing about what any filer holds today. No filer is described as having bought or sold, because no prior-quarter baseline per filer was read.
The counts count mentions of the CUSIP. That includes filers reporting a zero or closed position in the same information table, and those were not excluded. The 253 figure counts full-text-search documents, and a filing with two information-table documents counts twice. Amendments, 13D and 13G filings and 13F-NT notices are outside the count.
The price surfaces are redistributors. Nasdaq and Yahoo are both consolidated-tape redistributors rather than the primary exchange feed, their volumes differ slightly at 1,671,910 against 1,670,300, which is normal, and no Nasdaq official closing-price notice was read. No causal link is drawn between any price move and any Grand Theft Auto VI news.
What could not be read, with status codes. The EDGAR daily index for 2026-10-27 returned HTTP 403 at 214 bytes, which is expected because the current day's index is not published until the filing day closes, so filings accepted during United States business hours on 27 October are outside what any surface could show. EDGAR full-text search returned HTTP 500 at 36 bytes on any paging beyond 200 results, which is why the October season had to be rebuilt day by day. A third-party price cross-check returned HTTP 200 but served 796 bytes of a JavaScript proof-of-work challenge and was abandoned. A first Yahoo epoch range query returned 2025 data, which was caught and discarded at 03:05:53Z so that no 2025 close could leak into this copy.
Retrieval method, disclosed. sec.gov, data.sec.gov and efts.sec.gov ask automated requesters to self-identify, and every EDGAR fetch above declared the user agent "6Charts News Desk
[email protected]", as did the Wikimedia API elsewhere in this batch. rockstargames.com/robots.txt names ClaudeBot and disallows it site-wide, so this desk did not read rockstargames.com this cycle, every Newswire statement in this batch is secondary and attributed, one researcher's disguised fetch of that host was excluded from publication along with the four findings resting on it, and no Rockstar media assets were retrieved because none remain to retrieve. store.rockstargames.com is a separate host that permits us and was read directly. The litigation docket is covered separately in the news index, and the server list carries the communities tracking launch.
