The clearest datamined thread between GTA Online and GTA 6 is a buried string. Dataminer Tez2 (also known as TezFunz2), examining files from GTA Online's December 2025 "A Safehouse in the Hills" update, found that the "KnoWay Out" mission chain shipped under the internal name "Sahara Surveillance" before Rockstar renamed it, as reported by GTA BOOM.
