Rockstar's Two Shipping Lists Disagree by Three Countries

Rockstar publishes two shipping destination lists on its own store, and they do not match. The Collector's Box page names 23 countries. The Grand Theft Auto VI game page names 20. The three that appear on one and not the other are Latvia, Liechtenstein and Lithuania. If you are trying to work out whether Rockstar will ship the $399.99 Collector's Box to you, the honest answer is that the store gives two answers and this desk cannot tell you which one governs an order. Here are both lists, counted and compared, with the exact fetches behind them. List one: the Collector's Box page CONFIRMED. The collection product page answered HTTP 200 at 1,024,232 bytes at 2026-09-25T03:15:46Z. It carries an FAQ entry titled verbatim "What regions does the Rockstar Store ship this item to?". Note the words "this item", because the other page does not have them. Its answer, quoted verbatim and in the page's own order, is 23 entries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, United States. Two further lines from the same FAQ, also verbatim: "Costs of shipping for your order will be presented at checkout." and "Additional duties and taxes may be imposed by local authorities outside the US and UK." Both matter for a 24 pound parcel that the same page says is not eligible for free shipping. List two: the game page CONFIRMED. The Grand Theft Auto VI page at https://store.rockstargames.com/game/buy-gta-vi answered HTTP 200 at 1,064,806 bytes at 2026-09-25T03:19:27Z. Its FAQ entry is titled verbatim "What regions does the Rockstar Store ship to?", with no "this item". Its answer, quoted verbatim, is 20 entries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States. CONFIRMED by this desk's own string counts on that page's HTML: 0 occurrences of Latvia, 0 of Liechtenstein and 0 of Lithuania. The three Baltic and Alpine entries on the Collector's Box list are absent from the shipping answer on the game page, and they do not appear anywhere else in that document either. The three additions are Latvia, Liechtenstein and Lithuania, and nothing on the game page list is missing from the Collector's Box list. The spelling differences, and what this desk infers from them Two entries are spelled differently between the lists. One page writes Czech Republic and the other writes Czechia. One writes UK and the other writes United Kingdom. The FAQ titles differ too, by the words "this item". This desk's reading is that those differences are consistent with two separately maintained content entries rather than one shared source of truth being rendered twice. That is an inference by this desk and not a Rockstar statement. A single shared list rendered into two pages would normally produce identical spellings. It is possible the two lists are deliberately different, with the merchandise page reflecting a merchandise fulfilment network and the game page reflecting something narrower. Rockstar says nothing on either page about why they differ, and this article is not going to invent a reason. A buyer in, for example, Norway or Switzerland, both outside the EU customs union and both on the list, should expect import handling on a parcel of this declared weight. So which list actually governs an order is not established. It is entirely possible that the checkout enforces one list, the other, or a third list held somewhere this desk cannot read. Anyone in Latvia, Liechtenstein or Lithuania who wants certainty should take the question to Rockstar support rather than to either FAQ. Neither list is dated on its page.
